The Palmyra Community Center is now in the final leg of its
capital expansion campaign! It is our goal to meet and hopefully exceed the
fund raising target of $650,000 upon the campaigns' completion.
This multi-year effort has touched many of our community already and we now
welcome all area residents to participate in this exciting endeavor, with a
chance to have your contribution doubled!!!
The Bullis Foundation has provided the PCC with a matching grant
challenge for up to $100,000. This challenge will match every dollar
received from an individual contributor, doubling your contribution.
The expanded facility will allow us to accommodate the increasing demands of
wellness and other program offerings.
A state-of-the-art cardio room will be relocated to an area 4 times the
size of the current facility...
A new learning center dedicated in memory of our long time director Jim
Campbell will offer a quiet area for reading, computer learning, tutoring or
quiet reflection...
A new full size multi purpose arena will add needed gym space and
flexibility for additional and expanded program offerings...
New restroom and locker facilities will provide a more pleasurable
experience for those wanting a quick shower after a vigorous workout...
